Neer Dosa

Ingredients:
Rice 1 bowl, methi seeds 1tsp, fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup and water.
Method:
soak rice m methi seeds for 5-6hrs. Then add grated coconut to it n grind to a fine paste. Add salt and make the batter watery. Heat dosa tava and pour the batter(do not spread with spoon). Put little ghee/oil around dosa(optional) flip the dosa and serve with coconut milk dip and/or coconut chutney
Coconut milk dip:
Take coconut milk in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, jaggery(as per taste) and ealichi powder. Mix well n serve with ne'er dosa
