 Sneha Birnale: Methi muthiya

Ingredients: 
wheat flour besan chopped methi leaves haldi chilli powder jeera n dhania powder ginger-garlic paste salt sodabicarbonate

Method:
  mix all the above ingredients and make dough like chapati dough. Rest the dough for at least 30 minutes. Make muthias with hand and deep fry till golden brown.
Can be served with green chutney or tomato ketchup

TIP : by Varsha :   For coriander muthiya only we have to add bajra flour also and instead of methi use corinder
