Whole garam masala( bey leaf black paper clove cinnamon cardamom cumin seed)
Salt
Chilipaste or pwdr optional
Oil

Recipe

Fry whole garam masala
Then add onion tomato ginger garlic veggies soaked masoor garam masala salt water mix well boil Karun washed rice add Kara boil aalyawar thoda Pani aahe toparyant dumwar thewa I mean zakun low flamewar for 15 min thewa

Cooker aseltar rice add kelyawar boil aalaki lagech cooker band Kara then 3 vessel n low flamewar 5-7 min thewa
