Sneha Birnale: Rawa and besan uttapa

Ingredients: 
rawa 1 cup, besan 1/2 cup, chopped onion green chillies and coriander leaves, ajwain, salt, turmeric powder (optional). Also grated carrot, chopped methi leaves cabbage can be added, blanched n chopped Palak.
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients like dosa  batter consistency. Rest this batter for at least 30-45 mins. Pour some batter on tava and spread. Put some ghee/oil on dosa. Flip m cook other side. Serve with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
