Sneha Birnale: Kakdi n methi dhapate Ingredients : flour(jowar chana dal rice urad dal jeera dhania seeds) grated cucumber chopped methi salt chilli powder haldi ginger-garlic paste ajwain n hing Method : Mix all the above ingredient and make dough like we make for jowar roti. Grease a plastic cover with oil and Take a small portion of dough and start spreading with fingers. Heat a tava and put the prepared roti onto it and give small cuts with spatula (don't cut fully to make pieces) and put some oil on the roti and on the sides and cover with lid and let it roast on sim flame. Do not flip the roti. Serve with curd

Sneha Birnale: Rawa and besan uttapa Ingredients: rawa 1 cup, besan 1/2 cup, chopped onion green chillies and coriander leaves, ajwain, salt, turmeric powder (optional). Also grated carrot, chopped methi leaves cabbage can be added, blanched n chopped Palak. Method: Mix all the above ingredients like dosa batter consistency. Rest this batter for at least 30-45 mins. Pour some batter on tava and spread. Put some ghee/oil on dosa. Flip m cook other side. Serve with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.

Sneha Birnale: Neer Dosa Ingredients: Rice 1 bowl, methi seeds 1tsp, fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup and water. Method : soak rice m methi seeds for 5-6hrs. Then add grated coconut to it n grind to a fine paste. Add salt and make the batter watery. Heat dosa tava and pour the batter(do not spread with spoon). Put little ghee/oil around dosa(optional) flip the dosa and serve with coconut milk dip and/or coconut chutney Coconut milk dip: Take coconut milk in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, jaggery(as per taste) and ealichi powder. Mix well n serve with ne'er dosa
